All of my live I have worked outdoors. Whether it was on the oceans or on land. I have learned to be acutely aware of my natural surroundings. The wind, the temperature, the time of day, along with  other signals from Mother Nature have informed me in my decision making. There is more to a garden than its contents. A beautiful garden is a garden in balance with nature.
